Where and when to vote NO
Early voting runs October 6 through noon November 2. Election Day is Tuesday, November 3, 6 a.m.–6 p.m. Referendums turn on a handful of votes per precinct — make yours count.
In Noblesville at the Judicial Center and the Fairgrounds. No appointment or application needed.
Only the Judicial Center and the Fairgrounds are open that last morning, 8 a.m.–noon.
Vote at your own precinct's polling place. Hamilton County does not use vote centers this year.
Four steps to a NO vote
- Check that you're registered. Look yourself up at indianavoters.in.gov. It also shows your Election Day polling place and a sample ballot. Indiana's registration deadline for this election is Monday, October 5.
- Pick when you'll vote: early in person, absentee by mail, or on Election Day. Details below.
- Bring a photo ID issued by the State of Indiana or the U.S. government — an Indiana driver's license or state ID, a U.S. passport, or a military ID. Out-of-state licenses and student IDs don't count. Indiana's photo-ID rules.
- Find Public Question #3. The referendum is near the end of the ballot, after the candidate races and after two statewide constitutional amendments (Questions #1 and #2). Don't stop early. Vote NO.
