Noblesville Schools referendum · Public Question #3
Vote NO on November 3
It isn't a renewal. The ballot raises the maximum school tax rate from 37¢ to 57¢ per $100 of assessed value — about 54% higher — for eight years, through 2034.
Not $1.88 a month
That figure is the district calculator's final-year increase divided by eight. On a $350,000 home the rate going from 37¢ to 57¢ costs about $19.43 a month ($233 a year) at the full rate. The ballot's own required estimate: $955 a year versus no referendum.

| Westfield Washington | 39.41¢ |
| Hamilton Southeastern | 36¢ |
Five reasons to vote NO
- It's a tax increase. “Continuation” is a marketing word.
- The promise isn't on the ballot. The board's resolution can reach 57¢ by 2032, and a later board can rescind it.
- Highest rate in Hamilton County.
- Accountability first. Show where today's dollars go.
- A NO isn't the end. The district can return with a smaller rate or shorter term.
